INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Alfred J. Yurevich brings this five-count amended complaint against his former employer, Sikorsky Aircraft Division of United Technologies Corporation. In his complaint, plaintiff asserts that defendant has violated Sections 502 and 510 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
