KNIGHT, Justice.

Suit by appellee, plaintiff, on an insurance certificate, issued by the appellant to Jonie Lee Guyton, with the plaintiff as beneficiary. The certificate was issued on July 14, 1936, and the acceptance slip was signed by the insured on July 18, 1936. This acceptance slip warranted that the insured was then in good health and had not been sick or injured since the date of the application for the certificate.
