PERRY, Judge:

The appellant was convicted by a special court-martial of two specifications of larceny and two specifications of housebreaking, in violation of Articles 121 and 130, Uniform Code • of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 921 and 930, respectively. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 5 months, forfeiture of $215 pay per month for 5 months and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
