PERRY, Judge:

The appellant was convicted by a special court-martial on March 14, 1975, for the possession and sale of lysergic acid diethylamide in violation of Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 892. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 4 months, and forfeitures of $100 pay per month for 4 months.
