In this putative consumer class action brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Plaintiff Chana Friedman-Katz seeks to certify a class on behalf of all individuals to whom Lindt Chocolate Store # 347 in West Nyack, New York, provided a receipt that was printed after December 4, 2006 and that contained more than the last five digits of the credit card number or that was printed after June 3, 2008 and displays the expiration date of the person’s credit card.
