During November, 1919, one Bert Wilkerson ■ delivered four carloads of cotton seed to the Director General of Railroads, operating the Fort Worth & Denver City Railway. According to the bills of lading covering the shipments the seed were to be carried from Childress, Tex., to Shreveport, La., where they were to be delivered to the order of appellee H. H. Watson. The bills of lading with drafts on Watson for the amount he was to pay for the seed attached were sent to the appellee bank.
