United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company and Hutson Construction Company, Inc. both appeal from a judgment of the trial court in favor of Hutson Construction Company, Inc. in the sum of $5,000 against United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company for a theft loss on a builders risk policy of insurance.
