Badt, J.:
Respondents entered into a written contract with appellant, by way of a certain “combined, uniform household goods bill of lading and expense bill” and a certain “confirmation of order, agreement for services, and rate quotation” for the transportation of certain household goods from Los Angeles, California, to Las Vegas, Nevada. After arrival in Las Vegas and before the goods were removed from the warehouse the goods were destroyed by fire.
