order to permit a re-examination of the record herein and to give further consideration to several important problems involved on this appeal, a hearing was granted by this court in this case after decision of the District Court of Appeal, in and for the Second Appellate District, Division Two [285 Pac. 734], affirming the. judgment of the trial court.
