Appellant, E.I. Du Pont De Nemours and Company (“Du Pont”), challenges the trial court’s rendition of summary judgment 1 in favor of appellee, Shell Oil Company (“Shell”), in Du Pont’s suit against Shell for breach of an indemnification agreement.
