This action arises from Defendant Inter-voice, Ine.’s alleged refusal to defend Plaintiff American Family Life Assurance Company of Columbus (“AFLAC”) against a “claim” of patent infringement. Presently pending before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Removed Complaint (Doc. 4). For the following reasons, the Court denies Defendant’s motion. 1
