This is an interlocutory appeal of a trial court’s order denying an employer’s motion to compel arbitration under the company’s alternative dispute resolution policy. We recently held that arbitration agreements between an employer and an at-will employee are enforceable when there is an agreement that is valid under traditional contract principles.
