OPINION AND ORDER
LEISURE, District Judge.
This litigation between Gianni Versace S.p.A. (“Gianni”) and Alfredo Versace (“Al fredo”) arose in December 1996 in connection with defendant Alfredo’s infringing use of certain Versace trademarks. Since that time, the Court has issued more than a dozen decisions, including several findings of contempt against Alfredo. Nearly a decade later, the case still lumbers forward.
