The parties, parents of four daughters between the ages of five and twelve at the relevant time, were divorced in Massachusetts on December 20, 2006. The divorce judgment incorporated their settlement agreement, which survived except as to the provisions, pertinent here,1 relating to the children; *693those provisions merged into the judgment. The parents share legal custody, and the mother — who moved with the children to Georgia at the beginning of 2007 — has physical custody of the children.
