This is a suit for specific performance of a contract for the sale of land. After the sustaining of a demurrer by defendants (the sellers), on the ground that the contract was not sufficiently definite for specific performance, particularly in its terms relating to contract payments, mortgage security and partial acreage release, plaintiff (the purchaser), filed an amended complaint seeking specific performance of the agreement as a cash sale, pursuant to a contract provision permitting it to pay off the contract balance in cash at any time.
