RAGGI, District Judge.

The court has carefully reviewed the report and recommendation of Magistrate Judge Gold in this case and these objections. It hereby adopts the recommendation in its entirety substantially for the reasons stated in the report. The court does note that, at the time of sentence in plaintiffs criminal case, this court was aware that agents had seized approximately $16,000 at the time of plaintiffs arrest. It understood that plaintiff attributed this money to Mo Ren Chu, the boyfriend who orchestrated the heroin transaction in her case. Thus, it appeared that it was…
