T1 This appeal concerns the forfeiture of twenty-five firearms that were seized during the execution of a search warrant on the home of Norvel West, Sr. Agents for the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs obtained the search warrant after meeting with Mr. West outside the house and obtaining his consent to examine suspected marijuana plants growing on his property about one hundred yards from the house.
