The plaintiff commenced this action against the county of Douglas, its board of commissioners, the treasurer of said county, and the city of Omaha, to restrain the officers of the county and city from taking the proper and necessary steps to enforce the payment and collection of the delinquent taxes and special assessments on real property, in said county and city, under the provisions of chapter 75 of the laws of 1903. The defendants have filed separate demurrers to the plaintiff’s petition. No objection is raised to our jurisdiction to entertain this suit, and it is conceded that the…
