Lovins, Judge:
The State of West Virginia instituted this suit in the Circuit Court of McDowell County against L. C. Blevins and twenty-eight other named defendants and all unknown persons who have or claim an interest in twenty-five lots or tracts of land situate in said county. The purpose of this suit is to sell said lands for the benefit of the school fund. W. S. W. Ray and D. C. Cartwright, two of the named defendants, demurred to the bill of complaint.
