This matter is currently before us on remand from our Supreme Court. Lynch v. Granby Holdings, Inc., 230 Conn. 95, 99, 644 A.2d 325 (1994). This appeal and cross appeal arise out of two actions, consolidated at the trial level, concerning a lease agreement between the parties. In the first action, the tenant, Daniel L.
