Affirming in part and reversing in part.
These six eases were instituted by the holders of certificates issued to employees of the Consolidation Coal Company to which a group life insurance policy was issued by the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States. The Consolidation Coal Company received and retained possession of the group life insurance policy and an employee ■ received and held his certificate.
