From a judgment of tbe Boyd circuit court for $1,600 in favor of Laura L. Fannin, beneficiary in two insurance certificates issued to James W. Fannin by tbe Equitable Life Assurance Society, hereinafter called tbe society, under its group policy to tbe American Rolling Mills Company, tbe society bas appealed.
Tbe master policy issued to tbe American Rolling Mills Company, bereinatfer called tbe company, contains a total and permanent disability provision wbicb in part reads:
