Dr. Howard S. Doyle, a dentist in Louisville, on Jnne 21, 1912, while operating upon a tooth for a patient was injured by a burr, with which he was working, slip*790ping against and wounding the knuckle of the second finger of his left hand. The finger about the wound became inflamed, and the doctor became ill, but for several days was able to go to his office and perform a part of his ordinary duties.
