Affirming.
The determinate question is whether Isaac Merlock, on March 20, 1932, was “totally and permanently disabled by disease and will thereby presumably be continuously prevented for life from engaging in any occupation or performing any work for compensation of financial value,” within the meaning of this phrase, as it is used in the policy of insurance here involved.
