GREENE, Chief Judge:

In an April 30, 2008, single-judge decision the Court affirmed an April 4, 2006, decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) that denied veteran Robert A. Anderson a disability rating higher that 10%, including an extraschedular rating, for his VA service-connected bilateral hearing loss. On May 21, 2008, Mr. Anderson filed, through counsel, a timely motion for reconsideration or, in the alternative, a panel decision. The Court granted Mr. Anderson’s motion for a panel decision and heard oral argument on the matter. The April 30, 2008, decision is hereby withdrawn…
