BARTLEY, Judge:

Veteran George D. Murphy appeals through counsel a February 27, 2012, Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) decision denying entitlement to an increased disability evaluation in excess of 10% for service-connected sinusitis. Record (R.) at 3-24. 1 This appeal is timely and the Court has jurisdiction to review the Board’s decision pursuant to 38 U.S.C. §§ 7252(a) and 7266(a). For the reasons that follow, the Court will reverse the Board’s February 2012 denial of an increased evaluation for sinusitis in excess of 10% and remand that matter for reinstatement of the 30% evaluation and…
