OPINION OF THE COURT ON FURTHER REVIEW
FULTON, Senior Judge:
At the initial trial of this case, the appellant pleaded guilty to housebreaking, larce*557ny, and robbery — violations of Articles 130, 121, and 122 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 930, 921, 922 (1976). This Court set aside the findings and sentence because the military judge’s inquiry into appellant’s plea bargain with the convening authority did not fulfill the requirements established by United States v. Green, 1 M.J. 453 (C.M.A.1976).
