OPINION
{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Bachu and Geeta Solanki, appeal from a Jefferson County Common Pleas Court judgment granting summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees, Dr. Atul and Pallavi Shah and defendants-appellees, Doug Freshwater Contracting, Inc., Freshwater Homes, Doug Freshwater, Jr. d/b/a Doug Freshwater Jr. Construction, and Doug Freshwater, Sr.
