On January 26, 1981, Cynthia Bickley, a former faculty member at the University of Maryland, filed a pro se complaint alleging that she was the object of various discriminatory employment practices while employed at the University. 1 Named as defendants are the University, the Chairman of the Board of Regents, the President of the University, and the Chairman of the Art Department.
