MEMORANDUM OPINION

CHASANOW, District Judge.

Plaintiff Thomas Palotai filed a six count complaint in this court against his employer, the University of Maryland College Park, alleging violations of the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219, and the Maryland Wage and Hour Law, Md. Lab. & EmpLCode Ann. §§ 3-401 — 3-431, as well as breach of contract and/or unjust enrichment. Specifically, Plaintiff alleges that Defendant failed to compensate him for overtime work in violation of § 207(a) of the FLSA and §§ 3-415 and 3-420 of the Maryland Wage and Hour Law, and that…
