MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HADEN, District Judge.
Plaintiff, a black woman, brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 2000e-5(f), against her former employer, Levolor Lorentzen, Inc., and a supervisory employee of her former employer seeking to recover monetary, declaratory and injunctive relief. Currently pending before the Court is the Defendants’ motion to dismiss, pursuant to Rule 12(b), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, filed October 13, 1982.
