The Maryland Stadium Authority (Stadium Authority) and the University System of Maryland (the University) filed a lawsuit against Ellerbe Becket, Inc., an architectural and engineering firm, in Maryland state court alleging state law claims for breach of contract, negligence, and indemnification.
