This is an original proceeding to review an award of the State Industrial Commission in favor of the claimant therein, respondent herein.
The respondent filed a claim with the State Industrial Commission on July 6, 1929, claiming compensation on account of a disability resulting from a hernia claimed by him to have been caused by an injury claimed to have been received by him on the 18th day of June, 1929, 'while engaged in hazardous employment for the petitioner apd arising out of and in the course of that employment.
