Plaintiff Maria 0. Ramos, brings the instant action against defendant Marriott International, Inc. (“Marriott”) pursuant to Title VTI of the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”) and New York State Human Rights Law, New York Exec. Law § 290 et seq. (“NYHRL”). Plaintiff alleges that because of her gender, and in retaliation for her complaints made to her supervisors and defendant’s Human Resources Department, she was terminated.
