In this right-angle collision case plaintiff appeals from the entry of judgment n.o.y. for defendant. The sole question for determination is whether the court erred in holding plaintiff guilty of contributory negligence as a matter of law.

On the morning of November 25, 1917, plaintiff was driving his automobile west on West 12th Street in the City of Erie. Snow was falling but visibility was good.
