This is an action in trespass by the plaintiff against the defendant to recover for personal injuries resulting from the collision of an automobile with a street car at 8: 55 p. m., May 24, 1927, in Pottsville. The plaintiff was one of four guests in this automobile, and she sat in the rear seat. The automobile was proceeding easterly on Market and toward Center Street.
