This action was brought by A. W. Palmer and Boyd Hisaw, as plaintiffs, to enjoin the town of Skiatook and its board of trustees from issuing and disposing of bonds in the amount of $49,600 for the purpose of acquiring or constructing an electric distribution system. The Public Service Company of Oklahoma, which was then serving the town with electricity, without a franchise, intervened in the action and joined with the plaintiffs in asserting the invalidity of the bonds.
