OPINION

McHUGH, Judge:

¶ 1 Richard G. Fordham appeals the trial court’s grant of Ryan Oldroyd’s motion for summary judgment. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

¶ 2 “When reviewing a district court’s grant of summary judgment, we view the facts and all reasonable inferences drawn therefrom in the light most favorable to the nonmoving party, here, the plaintiff.
