Plaintiff appeals from judgment of dismissal entered after demurrer to the second amended complaint was sustained without leave to amend.
The second amended complaint is summarized as follows: Robert and Madylon Sloan left their home in the charge of their 16-year-old daughter, Helen. Acting with their knowledge, and as their agent, Helen hosted a party attended by 200 people, many of whom were minors. She *202provided her guests, including a named minor, with alcoholic beverages.
