This is a motion to quash tbs writ of error on the grounds (1) that the writ was not issued within six months from the “rendition of judgment,” (E. L. Sec. 1869,) and (2) that all *456"the errors assigned have been heretofore decided by this court in 15 Haw. 435, 700; 16 Haw. 66.
