NIEMEYER, Circuit Judge:
The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 26, filed a grievance against AdVin Electric, Inc. under the arbitration clause of a 1993 collective bargaining agreement, contending that AdVin failed to comply with that agreement. The agreement had been negotiated between Local 26 and the National Electrical Contractors Association (the “Association”), of which AdVin had been a member.
