This ease is before us on an application to enforce an order of the National Labor Relations Board (“the Board”). The Board held in its order that the Respondent, Rome Electrical Systems, Inc., did not give timely notice of its intent to withdraw from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (“IBEW’ or “the union”) and the Atlanta Electrical Contractors Association (“AECA”).
