A 22-day trial was conducted in these two sets of consolidated low-income housing cases after the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit remanded them for trial of temporary takings claims. See Chancellor Manor v. United States, 331 F.3d 891 (Fed.Cir.2003); Cienega Gardens v. United States, 331 F.3d 1319 (Fed.Cir.2003) (“Cienega VIII”).
