Alleging violations of their statutory quasi-first amendment rights under section 101(a)(2) of the Labor Management Report ing and Disclosure Act of 1959 (“LMRDA”), 29 U.S.C. § 411(a)(2), plaintiffs seek declaratory judgment from this Court that section 26 of article XXI of the constitution of the International Association of Bridge, Structural and Ornamental Iron Workers (“International”) is invalid.
