RENDELL, Circuit Judge.

Appellants Eugene Ruocchio and Robert A. D’Angiolillo, members of the United Transportation Union (“UTU”), appeal the *379District Court’s dismissal of their action against appellee UTU and its local chapter and chairperson. Ruocchio-was,suspended from his position as treasurer of the local chapter, UTU Local 60, when he was charged with “willfully circularizing untrue statements” in violation of Article 78 of the UTU constitution.
