This is an appeal from the district court’s denial of Brenda Collison’s motion to alter or amend summary judgment granted in her favor. Collison filed this action against the International Chemical Workers Union (ICWU), and Local 217 (Union), alleging, among other things, that she had been subjected to intra-union discipline for slander in violation of her free speech rights under§ 101(a)(2) of the Labor Management Reporting and…
