MEMORANDUM OPINION

LAMBERTH, District Judge.

This case comes before the court on the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment, and plaintiffs’ motion to amend its complaint. Plaintiffs are former officials of the Central Conference of Teamsters (“CCT”). Defendants are the highest ranking officials in the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (“IBT”). 1 At issue is the legali ty of the removal of plaintiffs from their union offices by defendants.
