Plaintiffs, pedestrians, were struck and knocked down by an automobile truck owned and operated by tbe defendants Smith and wife, and brought this action to recover damages for personal injuries. The cause was tried to the court and jury, and resulted in a verdict for the plaintiffs and against all the defendants. The defendants P. L.
