Plaintiff sued Gray Top Cab Company, Inc., a corporation, Royal Blue Cab & Blue Line Sightseeing Company, Inc., a corporation, and Marion Hawkins for damages suffered as the result of being struck by an automobile driven by defendant Marion Hawkins, contending that, under the law, the accident had been occasioned by the joint negligence of all three defendants. The jury returned a verdict in favor of defendant Gray Top Cab Company, Inc., but found in favor of the plaintiff as against the other two defendants, fixing plaintiff’s damages in the sum of fifteen hundred dollars.
