MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROBERT L. WILKINS, District Judge.

Plaintiff Petunia Rosier brings this action for race and disability discrimination pursuant to Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and, presumably, the Rehabilitation Act. 29 U.S.C. § 791(b).1 Presently before the Court is “Defendant’s Motion For Partial Dismissal.” (Doc. 5.) To the extent Rosier asserts a claim for constructive discharge, Defendant contends the claim should be dismissed, pursuant to Federal Rule 12(b)(6), for failure to exhaust administrative remedies.
